Easy Vegetable Soup and Cornbread
I love warm soups and quick breads in the winter time. This is one of my favorites! It’s easy to throw in the crockpot and cook all day. I used a dairy free tomato soup I found at the grocery store but if you cannot find it, you can sub with crushed tomatoes or tomato sauce. Easy Cozy Dinner- Potato Soup and Rolls 🩷
Some nights call for comfort that doesn’t ask a lot of you. This was one of those meals—the kind you throw together on a cold evening when you want something warm, filling, and quietly satisfying. I made a dairy-free creamy potato soup the other night, and it was so good. Cozy, simple, and surprisingly refreshing in that clean, wholesome way that makes you want a second bowl without feeling heavy. And because soup always deserves good bread, I paired it with these easy dinner

Hot Fudge Poke Cake
This may be my new favorite recipe. It was easier than I thought it would be and the fudge layer is SO rich and amazing! This cake would be so versatile too. I added variations to make it peppermint flavored, but it could be just a rich chocolate flavor with chocolate curls on top. The chocolate cake recipe is one you’ll want to save. I use it as my go to chocolate cake recipe. I included a recipe for sheet cake style frosting if you ever want to make a giant chocolate sheet

Lemon Snowflake Cookies
If you love lemons, these will be your new favorite cookies. They are so soft! You could easily customize the flavor profile of this recipe by swapping out the lemon zest for a different flavor and adding in a different juice or liquid for the lemon juice. But honestly I love these just the way they are! I ended up dipping them in powdered sugar after they cooled. I hope you enjoy this recipe! Chocolate Chip Cake
My sister makes this cake every holiday. It’s a tradition in her husband’s family that goes back to his grandmother! I used to love this cake before I had food allergies (the original was full of gluten, dairy, and eggs.) I’ve always wanted to remake the recipe allergy safe but have struggled to get it just right- until this year. This cake is easy and so tasty. I baked it in a Bundt pan, but you could also bake it in a 9x13 pan. The recipe calls for a glaze, but we usually o

Chocolate Cream Pie
This is my go to recipe for potlucks and holidays. It’s easy to make ahead and EVERYONE loves it. No one ever even suspects it’s allergy free- and always ask for the recipe! I usually use a premade crust (Wholly Gluten free pie crust is my favorite!) If you don’t want to use a frozen whipped topping, you can whip up your own with this recipe: 1 1/2 c dairy free heavy whipping cream + 3/4 c powdered sugar + splash of vanilla. (Whip until it’s firm) I love to top mine with crus

Cinnamon Roll Cake
My family (who can be quite opinionated about food) declared this cake delicious and that it did NOT taste allergy free or gluten free at all. It was easy to make and it has all the flavors of classic cinnamon rolls but without all the fuss- or mess! This will be a breakfast treat I’ll use again and again for special occasions. It makes a giant 9x13 pan, but easily halved if you don’t need a big pan! (I made a half size and it was perfect!) For this I used So Delicious unswee

Allergy free Monkey bread
Christmas morning is busy enough, so breakfast should be easy and feel special. This make-ahead monkey bread is soft, gooey, and loaded with buttery cinnamon-sugar goodness. You can prep it ahead of time, then bake it fresh on Christmas morning while the coffee’s brewing and everyone’s still in pajamas. It has the most delicious caramel sauce too 😃 For flour I recommend a gluten free cup for cup blend. If you need one from an allergy safe facility I recommend: Better Batter

Allergy Safe Buckeyes
This is a part of my Holiday Cookie Cookbook which is on sale this weekend! Check it out here. It has all the classics made allergy safe!! One of my all-time favorite Christmas candies has always been Buckeyes. That rich chocolate outside with the creamy peanut butter center feels so nostalgic and classic this time of year. But this year, I wanted to make a version that more people could enjoy—without nuts—and still keep that familiar Buckeye flavor we all love. I used Final
