Cinnamon Roll Cake

My family (who can be quite opinionated about food) declared this cake delicious and that it did NOT taste allergy free or gluten free at all.
It was easy to make and it has all the flavors of classic cinnamon rolls but without all the fuss- or mess!
This will be a breakfast treat I’ll use again and again for special occasions. It makes a giant 9x13 pan, but easily halved if you don’t need a big pan! (I made a half size and it was perfect!)
For this I used So Delicious unsweet coconut yogurt, country crock dairy free butter, and whatever gluten free flour blend I needed to use up. This recipe is very forgiving! Enjoy!
