Why you’ll love it
✔ So easy to make
✔ Festive red, white & blue look
✔ Allergy friendly so everyone can eat it
✔ Tastes amazing warm or cold

Ingredients
3 cups frozen strawberries (red)
3 cups frozen blueberries (blue)
½ cup sugar (adjust to taste)
2 tbsp lemon juice (optional but nice)
1 box gluten-free white cake mix (about 14.5 oz)
¾ cup dairy-free butter, sliced
Dairy-free vanilla ice cream or coconut whipped cream for serving
How to make it
Preheat your oven to 350°F.
Dump the frozen strawberries and blueberries into a 9×13-inch baking dish. Spread them out evenly.
Sprinkle the sugar and lemon juice (if using) over the berries. Toss to coat.
Evenly sprinkle the dry cake mix right on top. Don’t stir. Seriously—just leave it.
Place thin slices of dairy-free butter all over the top.
Bake for about 45–50 minutes, until the top is golden in spots and the berries are bubbling.
Let it cool a bit before serving. You can chill it in the fridge if you want to serve it cold, or keep it warm—totally up to you.
Top with a big scoop of dairy-free vanilla ice cream or whipped coconut cream and dig in.
