Top 9 allergy friendly energy bites

Not only are these easy to make, but they are perfect for a quick snack. I keep them in the fridge and they are always ready to go! You can even dip them in melted chocolate to make them more decadent, but I love them as is!


I recommend using a crunchy seed butter for these but any will work! If you can do nuts, of course a nut butter is fine- (I love almond!) For nut allergies- I'll link a few ideas below.
