🎆 Ingredients
1 package (about 10 oz) Enjoy Life white baking chips
1 can sweetened condensed coconut milk (or another dairy-free condensed milk)- about 10 oz
1 cup dry gluten-free vanilla cake mix
🥄 Instructions
Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper. (I used a silicone muffin pan for individual servings!)
Microwave the baking chips and sweetened condensed coconut milk in 30-second intervals, stirring after each until smooth.
Heat-treat the dry cake mix by baking it on a sheet pan for about 5 minutes, then stir it into the melted mixture.
Fold in most of the sprinkles, saving some for the top.
Pour into your prepared pan and smooth the top. Add the remaining sprinkles.
Refrigerate for 2–3 hours until firm.
