Grain-Free Dairy-Free Cassava Brownies (Egg-Free & Allergy-Safe!)
Who says brownies need flour, dairy, or eggs to taste amazing? These grain-free brownies are made with cassava flour for a soft, fudgy bite and sweetened naturally without refined sugar. They’re rich, chocolatey, and safe for those with top food allergies.

Note- I’d allergic to flax, you can use a different egg replacer — 1/4 c applesauce or 1/4 c sparkling water or 1/4 c non dairy yogurt
If you want to keep it 100% refined sugar free, you can omit the chocolate chips. Guittard also makes chocolate chips sweetened with coconut sugar that are delicious. (But the do have a facility warning for dairy allergies.)
NOTE- when these first come out of the oven they may look kind of “soupy.” They just need to cool all the way and they will firm up.
