There’s a little apple place up in the mountains that we used to visit in the fall — the kind of place where the air smells like cider and cinnamon the moment you open the car door. They made the best apple fritters — warm, crispy, and full of soft apple pieces — and we’d always one- piping hot!
These easy, allergy-safe apple fritters taste just like those — maybe even better because you can make them right at home. Fry them up on the stove in just a few minutes (I haven’t tried these baked yet!) They’re sweet, cozy, and everything you love about fall, no mountain drive required :)
Note: Vegetable oil often is made with soy so please avoid that if you have a soy allergy! I usually use canola oil if I am frying something.
