Dessert for breakfast? Every kid's dream!


If you don’t have protein powder you can add 1/2 c gluten free flour!


For protein powder, I love the OWYN brand for allergies!


For the seeds, if you need them from an allergy free facility, I like the brand Gerbs.


Sunflower butter is good, or Oat haus oat butter could work too!
