Creamy Dairy-Free Dill Pickle Dip
If you’re a pickle lover, you need this dip in your life. It’s creamy, tangy, packed with dill flavor, and totally dairy-free. Whether you’re hosting a game day party, a casual summer BBQ, or just need a snacking upgrade, this Dill Pickle Dip delivers big on taste and is unbelievably easy to make. :)
It pairs perfectly with fresh veggies, chips, gluten free crackers—or even spread on a sandwich for an extra pickle punch. Best of all, it uses simple ingredients you probably already have (including those amazing Grillo’s pickles if you want to go premium!).

Ingredients
8 oz non-dairy sour cream
4 oz non-dairy cream cheese (softened)
½ - 1 c chopped dill pickles (Grillo’s recommended for that fresh, garlicky crunch)
1–2 tablespoons dill pickle juice (adjust to taste)
1–2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced (or more if you love garlic)
1–2 green onions, sliced (optional)
Instructions
Combine the base: In a mixing bowl, add the non-dairy sour cream and softened non-dairy cream cheese. Stir (or use a hand mixer) until smooth and well blended.
Add the pickles: Fold in the chopped dill pickles. Don’t skimp here—the more, the better for serious pickle lovers!
Flavor it up: Add the pickle juice (start with 1 tablespoon and add more if you want it tangier), fresh dill, minced garlic, and green onion. Stir until evenly combined.
Taste and adjust: Give it a taste and adjust seasoning. Add extra dill, pickle juice, or even a little black pepper if you want.
Chill (optional): You can serve it right away, but it’s even better if you cover and refrigerate it for at least 30 minutes so the flavors meld.
Serving Suggestions
Fresh cut veggies (carrots, cucumbers, bell peppers, celery)
Potato chips or tortilla chips
Gluten free Crackers or pretzels
Spread on wraps or sandwiches for a zesty twist
Tips & Variations
For even more dill flavor, add dried dill alongside fresh dill.
Make it spicy by adding chopped pickled jalapeños or a dash of hot sauce
Happy dipping!
