If you are baking immediately, I still recommend freezing 1-2 hours before baking. It helps the cookies have the perfect shape and not spread too much :)

I’ve tried a lot of allergy friendly chocolate chip cookies over the years- homemade and store bought- and this recipe comes the closest to “real” cookie dough.

It’s easy and tastes amazing
It’s designed to go from freezer to baking pan! You can double this recipe, flash freeze the cookie dough balls, and have cookie dough ready to go at a moment’s notice!
This would be great to prep for the busy back to school season for those of you who have kids or just to have on hand for any time.
(I used violife plant butter in this and loved the way it turned out but any vegan butter will work.)
