Allergy safe brownies

If you’ve been burned by “allergy-friendly” brownie mixes that turn out dry, crumbly, or suspiciously brick-like… welcome. These allergy-safe brownies have been my go-to for years, and they beat every boxed mix I’ve ever tried—gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-free, soy-free, and still dangerously good. Fudgy center, glossy top, rich chocolate flavor… the whole deal. If you need a brownie that actually tastes like a brownie (not a compromise), this is the recipe you’re going to want on repeat. Let’s bake!


A few notes about substitution:


If you cannot use flax you can replace with your favorite egg replacer equal to 2 eggs.


If you cannot do coconut you can use a different sugar and oil of choice or melted dairy free butter.


I used enjoy life chocolate chips and a cup for cup gluten free flour blend.
