Allergy friendly Millionaire bars

These were amazing! It takes a little time to make the caramel but it’s so worth it! You can also use this caramel for other recipes, for caramel sauce, or to make caramel candies. It’s a versatile recipe!

For the ganache, I used country crock vegan heavy cream and enjoy life chocolate chips.
